As an innovative action, iTunes kicked off this week the Nelly Furtado "Countdown To" promotion, which will offer 3 exclusive pre-album release tracks
"Más" is the first of three tracks to become available
MIAMI, FL (July 24th, 2009) – iTunes, the world's #1 online music store, has just kicked off the "Countdown To" promotion with Nelly Furtado's upcoming album "Mi Plan", in an innovative move within the Latin Genre. July 21st marked the inception of the promotion, which will offer three exclusive pre-album release tracks from "Mi Plan", due to be released September 15th.
"Mi Plan" is the 4th studio album of Grammy winner and global superstar, and the first one completely done in Spanish.
After the worldwide e-release of the lead single “Manos Al Aire” on June 30th, Nelly's fans will now be able to get three more tracks from "Mi Plan" only available on iTunes, before it hits the stores. As in her past albums, "Mi Plan" reflects Nelly's musical diversity and unique style.
"Más" was the first track to be released under the "Countdown To" promotion on July 21st, garnering positive comments: "Great, fun and emotional", "I’m going to explode!”, “I’m so buying the CD !!”.
